Feeling tired or irritable? These are a couple of signs that you may be suffering from metal poisoning-a toxic accumulation of metals in the soft tissues of the body. Heavy Metal Poisoning can cause, but is not limited to, muscle pain, fatigue, vision problems, headaches and gastrointestinal pain. A Heavy Metals test measures the level of arsenic, lead and mercury in the blood. Consult with your doctor for further information.

    Toxic Metals to Avoid:

Mercury is one of the most problematic of all toxic metals. Many people have it implanted (silver dental fillings) in their mouth, injected into their bloodstream (mercury-containing vaccine), or consumed in certain fish.

Lead can be found in paints and other products and in fumes that result when demolishing industrial buildings.

Aluminum found in antiperspirants, water that has been contaminated, cookware, etc.

Arsenic can be found in pesticides, hazardous waste sites and may appear in water.

Cadmium can be found in food, water and cigarette smoke.
